Quies Children's Special Airplane Hearing Protection
Vendor: Quines
Swallowing, yawning, chewing gum and the Valsalva technique (consisting of pinching your nose and blowing gently with your mouth closed) are not enough to reduce the pressure in your ears?
The sudden change in pressure on the eardrum can cause very severe pain, or even barotrauma.
Anti-pressure hearing protectors for children are essential for sensitive ears for plane flights, train trips or high altitudes in the mountains. The pressure, absorbed by the porous ceramic filter of the Quies earPlanes®, is rebalanced on either side of the eardrum, thus reducing pain.
Soft and flexible, they are easy to insert and adapt to the shape of the ear canal.
Do not use in babies under 30 months.
They can be reused twice.
Usage tips :
- Gently insert the ringed tip into each ear before pressure changes(before takeoff and before descent from the plane).
- Remove the protections 5 minutes after returning to normal pressure.
Silicone, with porous ceramic filter.
Carrying case included.
