How to use the Lansinoh hands-free breast pump

1. Wash the parts that come into contact with milk before first use.
2. Choose the 21 or 24 mm flange that suits you and centre it on the nipple, inside a bra that holds the pump without squeezing.
3. Start with stimulation mode and a low suction level, then increase gradually as is comfortable.
4. Recharge the battery before a long session: the stated battery life is about 1.5 hours.
5. After the session, take the parts apart and wash them, by hand or in the dishwasher as per the instructions.
