The tin announces five cereals, with whole grains, and a vanilla taste. According to the manufacturer's ingredient list, the vanilla comes from an organic Bourbon vanilla extract added to rice, wheat, oat, rye and quinoa flours. Quinoa is only one of the five cereals.

Preparation

1. After washing your hands, prepare a clean bottle or bowl.
2. Pour in the infant milk, then the cereals, following the amounts shown on the tin.
3. Shake the bottle or stir the porridge until smooth, with no lumps.
4. Check the temperature before giving it to your baby and discard what is left.

Precautions and storage

• The cereals contain gluten; the manufacturer mentions possible traces of milk, soy, lupin and mustard. Reread the label on your tin.
• After opening, close the tin tightly and keep it cool and dry: the manufacturer states up to 4 weeks of storage.
• A doctor or paediatrician can advise you before you introduce the cereals, especially in case of a family allergy.
