How to use Lansinoh maternity pads

1. Wash your hands, take the pad out of its individual wrapper and remove the protective paper from the adhesive strip.
2. Stick the pad in loose cotton underwear, with the wings folded under the fabric.
3. Change it regularly, at least every 4 to 6 hours or as soon as it is full.
4. Throw it away after use, then wash your hands again.

Precautions
