How to give the Omega 3 syrup?
Directions given by the manufacturer (1 teaspoon = 5 ml), to be checked on the box received:
- Shake before use.
- Under 5 years: 1 teaspoon per day, after dinner.
- Over 5 years: 1 to 2 teaspoons per day, after lunch and/or dinner; the 2 teaspoons can be taken together in the evening if the child has lunch at the canteen.
