Take a small amount of cream on your fingertip. Heat the cream between your fingers to facilitate its penetration without applying excessive pressure to the face. Then, place your hands on each side of the face, gently massage the forehead using light movements from the inside to the outside of the face. Do the same thing on the middle of the face, always starting from the nose towards the cheeks.
