1. Spread the food across the sections and adjust the divider if needed.
2. Close the lid until the clips click.
3. When it comes back, take the box apart and remove the seals.
4. Wash in the dishwasher on the top rack, up to 60 °C.

Precautions for use

• For the microwave, remove the lid: only the base is suitable.
• Do not put the lunch box in the freezer: it can only be kept in the fridge.
